Bandolier Comparisons

So someone just asked in a comment on the previous post if the Elite Bandolier was shorter than the original one.  I kinda thought it was a silly question but then thought... you know... it did seem a little odd to have it out a full length and still feel like I should've had more space.  In going through pictures I took, it seemed like the Elite one at full extension was still not quite fitting like I remembered my tried and true Original one.

It was a legitimate question.  Here's the facts:

The Original Bandoleer is 6'3" long and the strap is 2" wide.  It can hold 12 Darts and 6 Clips.

The Elite Bandoleer is 5'7" long and the strap is 1½ inches wide.  It can hold 12 Darts and 4 Clips.

The only aesthetic difference is that the Elite one has "NERF" embroidered into the blue elastic strap whereas the original one just has an orange strap.  The clips are the same on the end of each one, only the Elite one is a little more narrow to connect to the thinner width strap.

Right now, my local Wal-Mart has the originals on sale.  I'm tempted to nab a few more of those while the bigger ones are still around.

    1. $14.99 for the Elite one. Don't remember what the original price was for the N-Strike one, but they're 8 bucks on clearance at my Wal-Mart.

  4. My orange Bandolier has the nerf logo on it too, so that's not exactly new.

    1. Scratch that. My bandolier has the nerf logo TWICE actually. I wonder why they changed it.
