18 Dart Quick Reload Clip Review

So this kinda serves both as "Shelf News" and as a review.  Whilst at my local Toys R Us, I found the Rampage, Retaliator, and the 18 Dart Quick Reload Clip.  I already have done reviews on the Retaliator and Rampage, but I was kind of interested to see what changes (if any) they made to the Elite 18 Dart Clip compared to the ones that came with the Stampede in 2010.

I didn't even take the time to bring it inside.  Once I got home, I nabbed my camera and took a closer look at this new clip.  This clip got compared to the 12 round Clip from the Retaliator and the 18 round Clip from the Stampede.  Check out my video review below for all the details!

While you're at it, check out Urban Tagger's review on the new Elite Tactical Vest!

  1. Do you know if I can find a retaliator or rampage in CA? Thank you much for the review!

    1. Elite products appearing early has been inconsistent all over the US. I can't predict where they will show up early, but you could always call ahead and see if the stores near you have them. Right now I have only seen them at Toys R Us locally. You could always skip the shelf hunt and go buy them on Amazon.com too.

  2. I have a lot of ammo and clips but I still need at least 5 of the 18 clips should I get them right now and get ready for the Hail-Fire or wait til I find them cheaper.

  3. If you were to use an Elite Alpha Trooper, would you prefer to use the 18 dart drum or this new 18 elite stick mag on it

    1. It depends. The 18 Dart Drum doesn't stick out quite as much, so for a compact and agile blaster, I'd go with that. However, 18 Dart Clips are easier to carry, so if you have multiple clips to carry, I'd go with those over the drum design.
